So today was a usual Monday with lots of meetings, phone calls, follow up etc., but here was the funny part. I was showing a &lt;a href="http://www.resg.info"&gt;short sale home in &lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.resg.info"&gt;S&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.resg.info/"&gt;tanwood &lt;/a&gt;to a first time buyer, with their parents. It was a pretty typical short sale except for the fact the this one had more stuff laying around than usual. No cleaning and half of everything still in the house, this includes the fridge. The fridge was a beautiful stainless steel double door with something that looked like green alien slime that had puddled around the front of the base. Then the buyer reached for it! My eyes bugged out of my head and time went too slow-mo. Noooo Nooooot the Fridge!! I say ....  it was to late. He opened the fridge and immediately slammed it shut as he saw the contents. However, it was too late for our escape, the toxic oder was everywhere and I thought we were going to die. It was nasty!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Moral of the story. When no one has been living in the house for a long time, avoid the fridge. Especially if it looks like an alien died in front of it. Ha! Things are in such a transition right now that they are having a difficult time with the finding of comparable properties. Even when they can find comparable properties they may still need to make many adjustments to them to reflect the current market conditions today. I received a call today from an appraiser to ask some questions about a parcel of vacant land on Thumper Lane that we had sold earlier this year on Camano Island. She was having a difficult time due to the lack of vacant land sales and the fact that Island County had not updated some of their records. I answered all her questions to help her out. I had said that stuff is no fun and who wants to hear any of my crazy ideas. Well, I am sitting here this evening at my &lt;a href="http://www.resg.info/"&gt;home in Marysville, WA &lt;/a&gt;and I am now a convert. Holy cow this stuff is fun, you get addicted, get back in touch with tons of people and meet new ones. Ok. I am hooked. My goals here are basically to share my thoughts and ideas about &lt;a href="http://www.antonstetner.com/"&gt;Snohomish County Real Estate &lt;/a&gt;or anything else that pops into my mind.  I work for Keller Williams Realty in Marysville, WA and think KW is the best real estate company ever.
